She’s Sending

I just received the latest issue of She Sends, and look who’s on the cover! My soul-sister and favorite climbing partner in the world, Melis Coady. This is from a recent expedition to Kyrgyzstan, where we climbed in perhaps the most gorgeous national park, RIGHT in the backyard of the nation’s capital, Bishkek. We split our time between Ala Archa National Park and the remote, Kok Shall Tau–a range in the only recently demilitarized zone between Kyrgyzstan and China.
